CHRISTMAS JOY
Giving gifts is a beautiful part of Christmas and is symbolic of the presentation of the gifts by the Three Wise Men to the infant Jesus. Each resident of the group home receives a gift bag filled with much needed items (i.e., sweatshirts, sweatpants, slippers, socks, etc.), a personalized Christmas card, and a devotional/prayer card. Join us in sharing the love of Jesus with these young men and women.
On the very first Christmas, God gave the greatest gift ever. His Son! And His Son gave the gift of His life - which was why He came. Because of this, we can have a relationship with God as His children. Through Jesus Christ, we are Sons and Daughters of the Most High God. His miraculous birth was the start of something that history will never repeat. Christ’s birth, His life, death and resurrection, and our relationship with Him because of this, is the reason we celebrate.
"Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of the heavenly lights, who does not change like shifting shadows. He chose to give us birth through the word of truth, that we might be a kind of firstfruits of all he created.”
